Lyndsey Vera is a Social Studies teacher for Finely Junior High as well as the Varsity Assistant for the girls soccer program, and girls soccer coach at Finely Junior High.  Coach Vera graduated from Forsyth Central High School (Georgia), then went on to graduate from Georgia State University with a BBA in Marketing, while playing Division 1 soccer.  Coach Vera moved to Waxahachie in 2015, and began her teaching/coaching career in 2018.
