Greg Gober is the Head Boys Basketball coach at Waxahachie High School. Along with this, he also teaches Physical Education. Coach Gober graduated from Waxahachie High School and went on to Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas to obtain his B.B.A. and received his teaching certification from Texas A&M-Commerce in Commerce, Texas. Coach Gober began his coaching career in 1989 and then moved to WISD in 2016. He has received numerous awards including multiple Coach of the Year awards, the Who’s Who of Waxahachie Ex-Students Association, and surpassed 400 career wins.
