Lady Indians finish strong at Regional Meet

The Lady Indians ended their season strong this weekend at the Regional Track Meet at UTA. 3 school records were broken and almost every qualifier had their personal best of the season.

4×100 – 4th and set a new school record 46.81

1600 – Emma Curry (sophomore) finished 6th and set a new school record 5:07.34
Emily Mackel (senior) finished 8th 5:13.48

It’s been a great season. Seniors Emily Mackel and Naija Keith will be tough to replace and will be greatly missed. Coming back next year is a strong group of girls with so much potential. We couldn’t be prouder of our team and how they competed in their first year in 6A.
