Daniel Dopson an assistant athletic trainer at Waxahachie ISD. He will be helping primarily with freshmen and varsity football, offseason football, boys track and field, and Howard JH athletics. He is a certified athletic trainer, spent his first three years at Desoto ISD before coming to Waxahachie. Prior to working at Desoto, Daniel attended Oklahoma State University where he received his Master's in Athletic Training and his Bachelor's in Health Education & Promotion. He was born and raised in DFW and graduated from Midlothian High School. He lives with his wife, Sydney, and their 5-year-old Dalmatian, Ruby. They attend Life.Church in Mansfield, enjoy spending time with friends, and love traveling to different countries.
