Derek Shelby is a football, basketball, and track coach at Finley Junior High and is originally from Sanger High School. Coach Shelby teaches 7th Grade Texas History and has a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, Social Studies and Religious Studies from Southwestern Assemblies of God University. Coach Shelby began his coaching career at WISD in 2020.
