Alex started in 2016  working as an Athletic Trainer for Waxahachie ISD primarily in charge of Volleyball, Cross Country, Soccer, Track and Finley Junior High sports. Originally from Trujillo Alto, Puerto Rico, she earned her bachelor’s degree on Allied Health Services-Athletic Training at University of Puerto Rico-Ponce. Following years, she worked as an Athletic Trainer for Turabo University in Puerto Rico, CEFISAD PT Clinic and with Puerto Rico National Baseball team.  She came to Nacogdoches, Texas to receive her Masters in Athletic Training, graduating from Stephen F. Austin State University. Alex comes to us having worked as a Head Athletic Trainer at Livingston ISD. Assistant Athletic Trainer for Lumberton ISD and Assistant Athletic Trainer at Ennis ISD.
