LADY INDIANS GOLF BATTLE TO 1ST PLACE WIN IN WICHITA FALLS

The Waxahachie Lady Indians Green Team took 1st place last Wednesday at the Wichita Fall Ryder High School golf tournament played at The Champions Course. The team shot 367. Host W.F. Rider finished 2nd with a 386. Vanessa Garza who was 3rd overall medalist shot 87, Sydney Rodriguez shot 91, Azzy Lozano had a 93, and Ava Workman shot 96. The White Team shot 411 and Katherine O’Donnell led with a 98. Maylie McCorkle playing as a medalist had her career best with a 90.
