"UIL PAPF Eligibility" Form
ALL 9-12th graders will need to complete this new Rank One form for the 2026-2027 school year.
Getting Started:
1. Go to waxahachieisd.rankone.com and create an account/sign in (Must be done on a web browser).
2. If you have not already, you will need to add your student to your account using their last name and WISD ID Number.
3. Expand/View all forms
4. Select "UIL PAPF Eligibility" form
- Note: If this form is not visible, add the student's sport to their profile by using the 3 small dots next to their name
Returning WHS Students:
Once you click on the form, you will answer the following question "Has the student attended a school other than Waxahachie HS in the last 12 months?" For the majority of 10-12th graders, this answer will be "No" and submit.
Incoming WHS Freshmen:
If your student is an incoming freshman from a WISD feeder school (Coleman JH, Finley JH, or Howard JH), you will answer the following way and submit:
New to WISD in the last 12 months, but already completed a PAPF:
If an athlete is new to WISD within the last year but has already completed a PAPF, they will answer the following way. This means a PAPF was fully certified/completed within the last year. Please check with your head coach to know if this applies to you before submitting.
New to WISD, PAPF Needed:
If the student is new to WISD within the last 12 months but has not completed a PAPF, they will answer the following way. Once they submit this, it will take them through the full PAPF questionnaire. They need to read and answer carefully. Incorrect answers will force them to have to start over. Once you complete the full PAPF, it will be sent to WISD athletic administration to complete. If any further information is required, WISD staff will contact you via the email address listed on your Rank One profile.
