Jonathan Rangel is originally from Houston, Tx where he graduated from Eisenhower High School 2009 and Houston Baptist University in 2019. He played soccer for Eisenhower and for Houston Baptist University.  He has been coaching since 2019. Rangel moved to Waxahachie when he got married to his wife Kay Rangel on July 22, 2022, she teaches Math at WHS. He teaches Spanish 1 and is boys JV Soccer Coach. Fun fact: from 2009-2011 Rangel was playing for the U-20 Development Soccer Team for Cruz Azul in Mexico City.
