Lyndsey Ortiz is from Waxahachie. She graduated from WHS and attended Texas State University where she received her Bachelor's Degree in Family and Consumer Sciences. Ortiz has been teaching and coaching since 2021. Started in Waxahachie in ’23-’24 school year with Volleyball, basketball, and track at Coleman Jr. High. Lyndsey and her husband have a son named Asher and he keeps them busy! They also have two dogs, Addie (mini aussie) and River (husky), that are a special part of their family. Fun fact: Lyndsey graduated from WHS before it became Coleman, and her parking spot is still painted out back!
